The A.R.T./New York Theatres opened in January 2017 and consist of two new state-of-the-art performance spaces. A.R.T./New York members are eligible to apply for subsidized rental of these spaces.

The LuEsther T. Mertz South Oxford Space is A.R.T./New York's home in Brooklyn. This beautiful historic building contains 3 rehearsal studios, including the second floor Great Room which is often used for small-scale concerts and performances, as well as offices for 18 different A.R.T./New York member theatres. In additional, the intimate Gallery Three in South Oxford Space displays the work of local visual artists.
