![]() Renew Your Membership A.R.T./New York memberships are valid for 12 months from either the date of renewal or the end of your current membership. Two weeks prior to the membership expiration date, a designated primary contact at your organization will receive an email notification with instructions on how to renew. Renewing your company’s membership takes just a few minutes and can be done electronically by simply clicking the button on this page. Please be sure to review the staff list on the renewal form so that your staff members continue to receive our weekly Member News as well as targeted communications about programs and services related to their role at your organization. Your renewal email receipt will include instructions for creating additional profiles for your staff. Dues can be paid online with credit card or via check. If your organization does not receive a notification prior to your membership lapsing, please email David Shane at [email protected] with the name and email address of your correct primary contact and we will resend your information.

REVISED DEFINITIONS OF INCUBATOR AND FULL MEMBERSHIPThe difference between Full and Incubator membership is no longer based on 501(c)(3) status, but rather on the age of the organization. All theatre companies that have been producing for more than one years will be considered Full members. Companies that have been producing for less than one year will join as Incubator members. When you renew, please confirm your company’s status to ensure that you are getting the best and most appropriate services from A.R.T./New York.
