As the leading advocacy and arts service organization for New York City’s nonprofit theatre community, A.R.T./New York is responding to the impact faced by small to mid-sized theatres during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to keep NYC’s vibrant theatre field healthy and thriving, we need to support our smaller theatre companies. A.R.T./New York is committed to ensuring that ALL artists can create and participate in live theatre for years to come.

We are working around the clock to provide crucial programming for our members including re-grant and loan opportunities, virtual skill-building workshops, 1:1 consultancies for focused guidance, and safe spaces to discuss industry-issues via roundtables held virtually.

Demand for services has increased ten-fold and continues to grow, even while we cut costs to ensure we are healthy, flexible, and responsive.

When you donate to A.R.T./New York, you directly support over 420 New York Theatres and Artists. Your support is needed more than ever.
