A.R.T./New York wants to hear from YOU!

Over the past year, we have heard consistently from our community about challenges surrounding the technical labor pipeline, workforce development and attrition. We recognize that these conversations are nuanced and multi-faceted, so we want to hear more from practitioners who are the most affected.  We are convening conversations with values-aligned leaders, artists, technicians, and administrators whose perspective could help inform our collaborative strategy and any potential responsive programming.

Discussion points may include:

• Access to employment opportunities for those from marginalized communities
• Pay equity within the sector
• Finding the labor you need
• Budgeting for increased pay rates
• Exploring new producing models

A.R.T./New York will be hosting four separate, 90-minute focus groups. You are welcome to register for any of the following times:

• Monday, February 12th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm (Zoom) 
• Tuesday, February 13th, from 10:30am - 12pm (in person @ 520 8th Ave)
• Thursday, February 15th, from 12pm - 1:30pm (Zoom)
• Wednesday, February 21st, from 3:00pm - 4:30pm (Zoom)

Each Focus Group will be structured around the same questions, so you need only register for one. Choose whichever time is most convenient for you!
