Building Earned Revenue: Systems and Tracking to Support Revenue Growth

Thursday April 3, 2025
2pm-3pm ET

Format: Structured Conversation with Show and Tell
Location: The Leynse Studio at Spaces@520 (520 8th Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY)

This workshop is for anyone tasked with tracking or managing organizational income or budget and anyone who feels like earned revenue is “not for them”

In an increasingly challenging market, there is a lot of buzz around how to build earned revenue for your organization – be it via a tiered ticketing structure, offering trainings and workshops, or space rentals. For some, jumping into this work might feel overwhelming, but we want to affirm that this is achievable for your organization – whatever scale you’re working on.

Led by A.R.T./New York Co-Executive Directors Risa Shoup & Talia Corren, the discussion will break down how to build a comprehensive business plan for setting up earned revenue streams for your organization — from crunching numbers and setting goals to executing your strategies and tracking your metrics.
