The following COVID-19 Vaccine Policy (the “Policy”) is subject to change at any time based on
changes in City, State, or Federal law; updates to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) or World
Health Organization (WHO) guidelines; or changes in other A.R.T/New York policies.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with the safety of our members, office tenants, stakeholders, and our staff in mind; and in compliance with New York City's vaccine mandate for all indoor activities, A.R.T./New York will now require that all eligible individuals (12 years of age and over) visiting any A.R.T/New York Facility to (1) provide evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination (i.e., two weeks following receiving both doses of a two-dose vaccine or a single dose of a one-dose vaccine with a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO) and (2) an acceptable form of identification to enter at the time of their visit. For those ages 5 to 11 at least one dose of vaccine is required to enter. Effective December 20, 2021. Unvaccinated children under age 5 are ONLY permitted on-site if they are masked. Limited accommodation circumstances as permitted by the NYC Order must be submitted for review and approval at least two (2) weeks in advance of their visit by A.R.T./New York.
