In terms of the print ads we ask that any pre-designed ads be submitted in:
300dpi
CMYK color
Acceptable formats: TIFF/PDF/EPS file format.
Please make sure all type is outlined or rasterized and all images are embedded. 
 
File size: maximum 5 MB
 
Trim Sizes: (please include an additional 1/8" allowance for bleed in your submission, no trim marks).

·        Full page - 5” wide x 8”  high

·        Half Page- 5” wide x 3.875” (3 7/8”)high

·        Quarter page  - 2.375" wide x 3.875" high.
