We know that when we expand inclusive practices in the arts, we are stronger for it.

Join us for a Lunch & Learn session with Job Path, a pioneering organization that supports furthering employment opportunities for people with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this session, Job Path will explore:

  • Inclusive hiring strategies and actionable tools for implementing this practice
  • What the Customized Employment model is and how it works in practice
  • How this approach can support your accessibility goals and staffing needs as we work towards a stronger, more inclusive theatre sector

This Offering is geared towards organizational leaders, hiring managers, HR personnel, and anyone interested in building more inclusive teams.

About Job Path:
