People Management (Human Resources) Roundtable

You don’t have to have an “HR” title to have people management responsibilities. In fact, many of our theatre companies don't have a dedicated Human Resources staff position, but that doesn't mean that the work isn't taking place. If your job involves people management we encourage you to join this roundtable discussion to share and learn with your fellow A.R.T./New York members. This is a peer-to-peer discussion where you'll have the opportunity to bring up any HR topic that's currently on your mind. Topics might include: onboarding, benefits management, performance reviews, handbooks and policies, and more!
