Foundations 101: Part 1

Tuesday, February 8, 2022
4:00pm - 6:00pm ET

Format: Online
Location: Zoom
Intended Audience: Development professionals from nonprofit organizations with budget sizes between $100,000 and $2.5 million.
Participation Level: Medium - A mix of presentation and discussion.

This workshop will focus on how to identify and research foundation prospects and getting your foot in the door with a new donor. Whether you are stuck in a rut with the same circle of supporters or you are just starting out as a grant writer, this session is geared towards expanding your list of prospects and increasing your response rate.

This workshop is part of a 3-part series. While not required, participants are encouraged to take all three workshops. This workshop is best for companies with budget sizes over 100,000 but under 2.5 million. 501 (c) 3 status is strongly encouraged. This workshop does not focus on corporate sponsorship or government funding.
