JOIN A.R.T./NEW YORK IN PARTICIPATING IN SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY
Last month A.R.T./New York was invited by American Express to participate in their Small Business Saturday campaign on Saturday, November 28th, 2015.
Small Business Saturday is now in its sixth year, and it takes place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The goal is to drive attention and generate attendance and sales at local small businesses. And you don't need to accept the American Express Card to participate!
A.R.T./New York has committed to participating in Small Business Saturday through Small Theatre Saturday! We are inviting you, our member theatres, to consider participating in a discount coupon that will be available on our website only on November 28th. Each theatre can choose a discount that meets their needs and it can be used either for your current show or at a later date.
Since one of the goals of Small Business Saturday is community development and awareness, we will ask users to print the coupon, and take a "selfie" with the coupon and your theatre's logo. Participants will be asked to post their "selfies" on social media via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using the hashtags #shopsmall and #smalltheatresaturday!
In order to give your audiences the chance to redeem this coupon, we will need your help by sending out an email blast linking audiences to our website on the morning of Saturday, November 28th.
